MEET OUR TEAM

Matthew has an esteemed and qualified educational background. Matthew qualified from Guy’s Dental Hospital in London in 2001, achieved post-graduate qualifications from The Royal College of Surgeons, and The Eastman Dental Institute. Matthew is also an active member of the International Team for Implantology and specialises in implant dentistry. Skilled in the placement, maintenance, and aftercare of dental implants, Matthew can handle cases varying in complexity with ease and confidence.

Lyndsey qualified from the prestigious Guy’s Dental Hospital in London in 2001 and is an member of the Society for the Advancement of Anaesthesia in Dentistry (SAAD). Lyndsey has experience as a Sedation Dentist, specialising in the treatment and support of nervous patients. Her attentive care and patient-centred approach ensures safe and effective treatment for even the most anxious patients. Lyndsey is also one of our certified Invisalign Providers, helping to achieve fast and effective results for adults seeking straighter smiles.

Robert qualified from Barts & The London School for Medicine & Dentistry with an honours degree. He has postgraduate training in Dental Implant Surgery and is a provider of Invisalign Go. Robert has also lectured at the University of Essex, teaching dental hygiene and therapy.  He is well-versed in orofacial pain and part of the Medical Advisory Board of the Trigeminal Neuralgia Association.

Another esteemed Guy’s Dental Hospital alumni, Rebecca qualified in 2000. Rebecca is a certified Invisalign Provider and has trained at the prestigious IAS Academy in the placement and maintenance of a variety of fixed and removable braces including the discrete Inman Aligner. Rebecca is an experienced Aesthetic Practitioner and has trained at The Royal College of Surgeons to safely administer anti-wrinkle injections and dermal fillers for subtle and natural-looking facial rejuvenation. Rebecca is now studying a post-graduate qualification in Endodontics and has become the practice expert at Root Canal Treatments.

Alice graduated with honours from Cardiff University, where she was awarded a prize for Paediatric Dentistry. Following her degree she completed post-graduate training at King’s College Hospital gaining valuable experience in Restorative Dentistry, Paediatric Dentistry and Oral Surgery. Alice is highly skilled in caring for anxious patients and children and is dedicated to ensuring every patient feels comfortable, reassured and confident throughout their treatment. Alice grew up in Bearsted and even came to Roseacre for Work Experience as a teenager! We are both proud and delighted to welcome her back to the team as an experienced Dentist!

Our Practice manager Lisa is the driving force behind the smooth running of the Practice, expertly overseeing a team of 24. With responsibility for HR, compliance, and day-to-day operations she ensures everything runs seamlessly behind the scenes. Highly organised and approachable, she supports both patients and staff alike, creating a positive, efficient environment where everyone can thrive.
Lisa enjoys family life with her husband and two gorgeous children and is partial to a nice cup of tea!!!!

Kev believes that prevention is better than cure and that the quality of his work reflects his love of his job.

Kev graduated from Royal College of Surgeons Edinburgh. After 9 years serving in the Armed Forces, he joined us at Roseacre Dental in 2015.

Kev ensures a thorough, yet gentle approach is adopted with his patients at all times and he seamlessly adapts his treatment techniques to suit individual patient needs.

Outside dentistry Kev is married with two boys and enjoys spending time with his family.

Grace is a dedicated dental hygienist and dental therapist with 15 years of experience in providing comprehensive dental care and hygiene services. Starting as a dental nurse in 2007 and graduating from Queen Mary University London with a dual qualification as a dental hygienist and dental therapist, Grace is passionate about educating patients on the importance of oral health and implementing preventive dental care.

Rachel has worked in dentistry for over 20 years first as a Dental Nurse then a Practice Manager.

She qualified top of her year as a Dental Hygienist and Therapist in 2002 and has since gained wide experience in both Community Dental and General Dental Practice.

She has a special interest in treating nervous patients and children with a gentle approach.

Phoebe joined Roseacre in 2016 as a Dental Hygienist and has since graduated top of her year as a Dental Therapist, achieving a First Class Honours Degree in Oral Health Science.

As a Registered Dental Therapist Phoebe enjoys treating both adults and children alike, and has a very kind and gentle manner.

Phoebe is a fun loving friendly personality and enjoys running, travelling and spending time with family and friends.

Kim joined our Reception Team in 2017, and is responsible for Roseacre’s social media and digital design. She is passionate about creating a warm and welcoming experience at Reception for every patient, ensuring the front of house run smoothly and efficiently. Kim enjoys digital design, drawing and music, and has created a beautiful pencil sketch of the Practice and Team, proudly displayed in reception for our patients to admire.

Chris has worked at Roseacre since 1990 and is our Lead Dental Nurse. She gained her qualifications from The Eastman Dental Hospital in London.

As Compliance Co-ordinator, Chris works alongside Practice Manager, Lisa to ensure the practice runs smoothly. Christine is experienced in dealing with anxious Patients and is also our trained Sedation Nurse.

When Chris is not at work she like to spend time socialising with her children and family.

Mandy has been working as a Dental Nurse and Receptionist since leaving school and has been part of the Roseacre Team since 2004. Mandy is caring and kind and takes care of the whole Roseacre Family!

In her spare time Mandy enjoys walking her Labrador retriever Evie and having lots of family time.

Donna joined the Roseacre team in 2002.

She has a wealth of Dental Nursing experience and is a well known face to many of our patients!
When Donna is not at work you’ll find her out running or on the golf course!

Rebecca joined Roseacre in 2002 as a Trainee Dental Nurse and obtained her National Certificate of Dental Nursing in 2005. Rebecca is an eye for detail and is an experienced member of the team.

When Rebecca is not at work she enjoys time at home with her family and three young boys.

Hannah joined the Roseacre team in 2020. She is an experienced Dental Nurse and is qualified in Dental Radiography. When she is not working she enjoys running and spending time with her family and two cats

Claudia joined Roseacre as a Trainee Dental Nurse in 2016, and successfully gained her Dental Nursing Qualifications the following year.

Claudia has first hand experience of Invisalign at Roseacre, so be sure to ask her about her straight white teeth!

Outside of work Claudia enjoys running, and spending time with family and friends.

Carmen joined Roseacre as a Trainee Dental Nurse in 2017, and gained her Qualifications the following year. Since then her skills and experience have developed hugely and she is greatly relied upon as a very capable member of the team.

Outside of work Carmen enjoys spending time with her son and family.

Jackie joined Roseacre in 2018 and brings with her 30 years experience of Dental Nursing. She is also part of our Reception Team. Outside of work Jackie enjoys spending time with her partner and 3 children.

Catherine joins us after qualifying as a Dental Nurse in Jan 2021, she has a caring nature and enjoys supporting nervous patients. Catherine is a welcome face on reception as well as surgery support.

Outside of work Catherine enjoys spending time with her 15 year old Son, Danny and socialising with friends.

Jess joins Roseacre as an Apprentice Dental Assistant, she is a caring and enthusiastic member of the team and we are excited to mentor her as she starts her career in Dental Nursing.

Jess likes spending time socialising with friends, family and her boyfriend. She likes listening to music to unwind.

Eilish joined Roseacre as part of our Reception Team in 2020.  Eilish has a background in Customer Service and outside of work she enjoys spending time with her family and dog Doug.

Holly is a dedicated Dental Nurse who qualified in 2017. She is passionate about creating a calm and welcoming environment, helping patients feel comfortable throughout their visit. Holly enjoys making the most of sunny days going for longs walks, getting lost in a good book, and spending time knitting.

Maddie joined us after her A Levels as an Apprentice Dental Nurse. She’s passionate about learning and is studying hard for her exams whilst looking after our patients during their visits. Maddie loves travelling and enjoys spending time with her friends a family when she’s not at work.
