HOW TO FIND US

Our Bearsted practice is on the main A20, about 300 metres west of the shops and petrol station and convenient to the regular Maidstone bus routes. Access to our practice is via Roseacre Lane and we have car parking area to the rear.

SAT NAV DIRECTIONS

When programming your Sat Nav device, use the postcode ME14 4BT. This will guide you directly to Roseacre Lane where you’ll be able to access car park and patient entrance.

DISABLED ACCESS

Our ground floor surgery is accessible to wheelchair users. If you have any specific needs, please call in advance to ensure we are able to meet them.

CHANGES OR CANCELLATIONS

If you need to change or cancel your appointment, please contact us by calling 01622 730 548.

Please note we may charge for missed appointments if not cancelled with 24 hours notice.

EMERGENCY CARE

Please contact us as early as possible if you are suffering from toothache, have lost a filling or broken a tooth. We do our utmost to see patients with a dental emergency on the same day. If you require emergency care outside of our surgery hours, then please call us on 01622 730 548 and listen to the recorded message that provides details of our on-call dentist.

We work hard to provide a great dental service and we hope you are always delighted with the dental care you receive from Roseacre Dental Practice Maidstone. We welcome constructive feedback, whether good or bad, and are always looking for ways to improve, so please let us know what you think of our service. You can do this by:

We aim to respond to verbal complaints within 24 hours and written ones within three working days. If you are still not happy and would like to take things further, our independent patients can contact The Dental Complaints organisation. Their website can be found at www.dentalcomplaints.org.uk.
